At Maple Grove Christian Union Church, we are a family of believers committed to sharing the love and teachings of Jesus Christ with our community. Rooted in faith and guided by Scripture, we strive to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
Our History
The story of Maple Grove Christian Union Church is one of faith, dedication, and community. Founded in the heart of our town, the church has been a beacon of hope and spiritual growth for generations.
Our church family has always believed in the importance of fellowship, worship, and outreach. Over the years, we have grown together in faith, reaching out to others and becoming a place where God’s love is experienced through meaningful relationships and discipleship.

In 2012, Pastor Brett Smith answered God's call to lead the congregation. His first sermon as Pastor at Maple Grove was preached on Mother’s Day that year, marking the beginning of a new chapter in the life of our church. Under Pastor Brett’s leadership, the church has continued to grow spiritually and numerically, with a focus on biblical teaching, prayer, and service to the community
.
Pastor Brett is married to Holly Smith, and together they have been a steady and loving presence in the church. Their commitment to serving the Lord and their heartfelt care for each member of the church family is evident in everything they do.

Our Mission
As a church, we are passionate about fulfilling the Great Commission found in Matthew 28:19-20:
"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age."

We believe that this command is central to our mission and calling as a church. It is our desire to make disciples who will go and share the Good News, both locally and globally. We are committed to teaching God’s Word and living out the teachings of Christ in our everyday lives.
Through worship, prayer, fellowship, and service, we aim to grow deeper in our relationship with God and one another, all while reaching out to those who have not yet encountered the love of Christ.
